a restful beach stay!
amazing staff beach access
the hotel's beachfront location provided easy access to the sea! i loved snorkelling and spotting turtles just steps from my room. the staff were amazing and responded quickly to all my requests. they were super helpful with luggage assistance.
The hotel needs a small shop. I had to leave the hotel to buy basic items. it would be more convenient , especially those with families, to have this amenity on site.

the indoor pool included a jacuzzi and a steam room! the hotel provided direct access to the beach, it was clean. i appreciated the option to use the barbecue facilities near my room.

strong mold smell broken tiles
the location was acceptable.
the three bedroom villa had a strong mold smell i showed the staff. they were unhelpful and argued against it despite visible mold i pointed out. the playground is falling apart. the pool had broken tiles and there were no cups in the kitchen.

clean beach spacious room barbeque facility poor interaction late checkout safety protocol
the location was excellent , directly on the beach. the beach was clean. the room, a beautiful chalet, was very spacious. the hotel provided barbeque facilities , and that was a nice option.
the front office interaction was not good , i felt. it was difficult to get a late checkout , even with a large group. during a watersport activity , a child was hurt , and there was no clear safety protocol. i found that concerning.
